Issue with Product Not Syncing in D365FO Retail (P-0001)

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble in D365FO Retail where job P-0001 is not syncing from Retail Scale Unit to FO. The Jobs seems to be correctly configured (pricing, assortments, etc.), but it doesn’t do anything, after 20 seconds of execution, the batch job completed but no upload records created.

 

 

What I’ve Tried to reinitialized the Channel Database, but the issue persists.

 

Seems the job doesn't have nothing to do.

 

 

Does anyone know what could be causing this? Could it be related to channel configuration or missing data?

Any advice or suggestions would be really appreciated!

    We have verified everything and updated the scale unit to the latest version, but the issue persists.

    P-0001 is used to pull transaction and channel events from channel database to F&O. Do you have any new transactions in the channel database that is not pulled ?
     
    Some points to check.
     
    1. Check if the retail store is properly mapped against the channel database. Check if P-0001 has the right subjobs mapped under it. 
    2. If you use offline database on POS, wait for the transactions to be uploaded to CSU before you execute the P-0001 job.
    2. Check channel channel events log in LCS for any issues related to Async service if CSU is on cloud. For self hosted, check windows event logs.
    3. I assume the channel database is connected to F&O as push jobs are working fine. You can check the CSU connection to F&O on the "Channel client connection status". As a last resort, try applying last update on the channel CSU which refresh all connection strings.
