Dear Experts,
I got following error when I am trying to 'Validate devices for activation'.
Pre-Activation validation completed for device xxx and staff xxx. Validation: Failed, Messages: <"Channel has not been published.">
I added Organization hierarchy and Publish channel updates in Channel categories and product attributes.
Did I miss any configuration?
Kindly please advise.

I withdraw this question. My issue was solved.
I needed to add Retail channel to Organization hierarchy not Legal entity.
After I added Retail channel and Publish channel updates in Channel categories and product attributes, then this error was resolved.
