To install HealthCare Accelerator in new dynamics version

Hi All,
 
I am trying to move a Microsoft Healthcare Accelerator solution from a env build on 2019 to a new dynamics instance which created on 2024. As MHA components are deprecated i am unable to proceed because of missing components. 
I tried to find managed/unmanaged MHA solution but unfortunately i couldn't find any solution.
 
If anyone have came across similar situation please let me know.
