Business Central - Work Description, not visible on Sales Orders Page

Hi,

Does anyone know why a Work Description, that has been filled in on the SO, is not appearing in the Sales Orders page. As you can see, the attached is a screen shot, the two at the top have information in the Work Description, on the sales order, but for whatever reason, it is not visible on this page.

Is there a ticky box somewhere, to allow visibility? and if so where? .. or is it more complicated than that?

As always, any help or suggestions, greatly appreciated.

Hi, I personally recommend adding it to the FactBox, as it is not efficient to add it in the list and may affect performance.

Add it in page extension and try.

Hi,

This will not populate on the sales order list as it is a BLOB value field. See below.

In the past we have had to add to the fact box similar to say the vendor picture.

So, you need some development to add this in to display on the fact box.
