planning worksheet does not take into account lead time calculation

Hi, 
When I try to calculate regenerative plan with planning worksheet it does not take into account lead time calculation. 
So start date always has 1 day difference with end date. 
I set up the lead time calculation on SKU card. You may see the setup at the pictures below. 
 
Does anyone know what to do to solve this issue?
