Using a segment in Outbound Marketing to send emails

Hi,
 
Data Analyst here trying to help the marketing team recently restructured.
I have created a segment in Outbound marketing and I currently use Dotdigital (integrated to D365) to send emails to our audience.
How do I push a segment in a marketing list please?
 
Only marketing lists are visible in the Dotdigital App in D365 so I am not sure how I can send to a specific audience form there.
