Service packs and hotfixes for Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS) are no longer officially available via Microsoft's standard download portals, as RMS reached end of mainstream support quite a while ago.
Check with a Microsoft Partner Many RMS-focused partners still maintain archives of older service packs. If your client worked with a partner, reach out to them first.
Microsoft Support (paid request) You can try submitting a support request via Microsoft Support. While it's not guaranteed, they may provide archived files upon request for legacy systems.
Archived Community Posts / Partner Portals Some community or partner forums may still host legacy downloads (with caution).
