I am curious what SQL script you are running to actually delete the users that are Idle for say more than 30 minutes?  I assume you are not just deleting the user from the DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY table.

    Hi Rafeesh,

Can you send me the second step that you did after executing the script in the SQL Job?

    Thanks,

    Farman

There are also plenty of third party programs that can do this for you.

Have a look on the below blog from Mohammad R. Daoud. The SQL script contains will helps you to find the idle users and then we can create a SQL Job scheduler to delete those users with particular interval.

If you have any doubt regarding the same feel free to contact me. I have done the same for one of my previous customer.

Create a job in the sql server with the "activity" table in the dynamics database with your specific criteria and schedule it
