Hi All,

We've a requirement to detect auto reply from customer. For eg if it is Out of office email, we need to stop certain workflows which update entity record. Is there a way possible to detect if an email is an automatic one?

Hi,

You can try below method, but i am not guarantee this will work, because from my opinion unless there is a specific keyword, else you cant detect it.

Below is the result i found via internet, you can try, but I cant guarantee this will work.

Did you find this field in v9 of Dynamics 365? Was it Email entity? I am on v9 but unable to find this.

Also, wanted to know what is the data in this field in case of auto response?

Hi,

yes it is v9.1.

Regarding the data

-not sure because this is environment given by microsoft to my company. I cant customize it.

I would suggest you to create a trial with dynamics 365 Ce plan and exchange plan to test it out.
