Hello,

I'm quite new with flow but I have a task where I have to create new record from existing data. We have a custom entity called Agreement and we would like to create new Opportunity from it and reason for that is that salespeople want to save time to create new opportunity after previous agreement is expired.

We don't have to copy entire information, but some specific fields (e.g. customer, contact person etc.) and their information. Those fields do exist already on both forms but I should create a flow which copy information from agreement and create a new opportunity.

That would be great if you can give some detailed help about what kind of flow I should create.

Hi, you could create an on demand Flow on the Agreement entity to create the Opportunity record with data from your required fields, when you want to, you could run it in bulk against numerous records even. Alternatively you could have a checkbox to trigger the Flow if you wish or on a condition of some other criteria on the agreement like when it expires.
