I've been digging, but can't find the answer.

For a report, I see that the legal entity, for the selected company, is placed at the bottom of the report. I also understand that the primary address, on the legal entity, is also used. Is there a way to change what the report footer is?

So, I figured it out.

When I opened the report design, the Page Footer was already added. If Removed Page Footer and then did Add Page Footer, I got the footer to modify.

Making report modifications is possible, so nothing should restrict you from changing footer. Which report you are trying to modify?

Thanks for replying Ludwig.

Here's the snapshot of the screen. What is in red comes from the Legal Entity for the selected company.

In the Report Designer, I can see there is the ability to turn on/off the Page Footer, but I don't see where it could be edited.
