Repeated "asynchronous" errors...

Hi - does anyone know why we keep seeing this error message, and what we can do about it, if anything, pleaseWhatsApp-Image-2019_2D00_07_2D00_18-at-5.02.58-PM.jpeg

    Hi!  We've seen this error about a dozen times over the last 5 years. Normally related to a network issue (connection, port, LAN or DB connection settings, etc). If using WiFi then you may want to try a cabled connection for the device that is showing the error.

    Thanks Kevin - our Wifi connection was the last part of the system we still have to check so that would make sense.  Thanks for your help.
