How can I create a report title by using Text Constants?? If you explain the steps involved in it than it'll be helpful to me.

You can see the PeriodText is being generated at runtime.
You just need to create one Text Constant. Based on your conditions, you can assign the value to that particular text constant on Report - OnPreReport() or OnPreDataItem() trigger
