trying to switch from Heartland to First Data but getting error (Failed Invalid Data Return) I think the Sharing Group & IP Address could be Heartland? Please Helpt

I resolved this by uninstalling and reinstalling the RMS software on the problematic workstation. No more problems.
My error also seems to switch between Invalid Data Returned, and Error: 501 "Bad BIN" I've copied all the data from the failing workstation, to another workstation and it works fine. The data is good. Not sure what's corrupt.
I am having the same issue. Changing from one Preferred Acquirer merchant account to another, have 20 POS stations, all switched over fine except one. On that one when I test a transaction I get "Failed - Invalid Data Returned" in POS. I've quadruple checked all entries. Anyone know what this message means?
RMS does not support FDMS as a processing platform. The most recent versions only natively support Microsoft Dynamics Online Payment Processing and Tsys/Vital.
Some processors like Heartland and Mercury have software addons that you install and then can process through them.
If you have a Tsys profile, check under all the advance tabs and try setting them back to defaults.
