which user voided the SO

Hello Experts,

i m facing an issue, i have many users who are creating SO on daily basis, one sales order deleted, it was in open state,

i have checked it in sales & marketing >>>inquiries>>>voided SO

in show button, sales taker and sales responsible tab, same username is appearing, but user clearly denying it.

if he is telling truth, how can I confirm it, means is there any way to figure out that who created and who voided.
