Honestly, I'm not a Dynamics developer.
I'm developing a service to integrate a system with Microsoft dynamics, then I don't have any access to the server that Dynamics installed on it.
I was able to download it without any issues. You could try the direct File Exchange link - mbs2.microsoft.com/.../downloadfile.aspx
Also, remember that this is available from the Microsoft Dynamics GP installation media, under the Tools\SDK\Dynamics GP folder.
