Hello,
On our customer project, we have the issue that when a user get's an email from an email unknown to Dynamics CRM and when the user tracks this email, the following behavior happens:
* The email is tracked in CRM (OK)
* The email is created as a contact (OK)
* The newly created contact is set as owner = 'System'.
Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this behavior?
