Why we need to register a plugin for both message SetState and SetStateDynamicEntity?
Whether you are deactivate record from the CRM form/SDK/Javascript, In all case I getting SetStateDynamicEntity message.

I think that workflow will still trigger the Set State. Through the SDK you have the option to call SetState specifically, but the default method via the SDK would be SetStateDynamicEntity.
From what I know SetState exists mostly for historic reasons - backwards compatibility and such.

I go through the suggested thread. But really I can't understand it. I have checked and implemented in my plugin, I found that in all cases whether you are using CRM View/Form or SDK or Javascript, In all case SetSate message is not available in the plugin. Every time I get SetStateDynamicEntity message.
