Set the browser locale to German (or Spanish, French, Dutch, Danish, Arabic, Japanese, Italian - all essential markets in GA).
Go to either https://dynamics.microsoft.com/de-de/dynamics-365-free-trial/ or https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-365-free-trial/ and click "Try for free" for D365 Intelligent Order Management.
Log in with an appropriate account
Trial environment only available in English, other cultures not available in Personal Option language dropdowns
