Transfer Order with incorrect Transfer Status

I have a Transfer Order in AX 2012 that has the wrong Transfer Status. The Status is Created but all of the lines on this transfer order have been successfully shipped and received. Ship remain is blank for all lines because they have all shipped, Receive remain is blank for all lines because they have all been received yet the header Transfer Status is still Created. How do I get the Transfer Status to update to Received?

    Hi Jenny G,

    Kindly check the deliver reminder of the transfer order lines and if there is no quantity in the deliver reminder then try doing following

    1- Add 1 in transfer quantity field and press ok.

    2- Again open deliver reminder and press "Cancel quantity"

    Check now if the status of the transfer order changes.

    I have followed your steps but unfortunately the Transfer Status on this Transfer Order remains Created even after performing the suggested fix.

    We found the fix for this.

    We added a new line to the transfer order, navigated way, then returned to the Transfer Order and deleted the new line. This forced the Transfer Order Transfer status to update from Created to Received.
