Hi Josh,
Please go in Object Designer > Table > Table no. 27 > Search 50000
OR
Please go in Object Designer > Page > Page no. 30 > Search 50000
In both cases you can get field of "Total Property Cost"

For regarding this field information check Table no. 27. In table you find this field, because every page fields come from table only. So first check 27 table and then page 30.

It seems to be a customized field, judging by the number 50000. However, I can't seems to locate this item in Object Designer either the Page/Table or report.
Any ideal where can I start to look ?
In NAV 2018 there is no any specific field called Total Property Cost, I think it's a customise field. For this you have to ask your implementation partner, they will told you about this.

Standard NAV 2018 dos not have a field called Total Property Cost. Do you have a custom field or possibly the Local Version of NAV added this field?
