Dear All,
I work with the Social media Team of my organization , we get a lot of posts from customers and non customers inclusive, there are times when a customer makes a complaint/request via our Social media platforms, for which we would require more information of which the customers often respond in a different thread of post.
So I want to ask if its possible to search for post by user and based on interaction, so we don't end up having half or incorrect information which will keep us from serving our customers optimally.
I also want to ask if we can a customer /user's previous posts at a glance even they are not within the same thread of post.
