Hello,

We have BC 160 installed and we have added Bulgarian language.

But when we change the language from English to Bulgarian we get error in the browser "Something went wrong".

In the even viewer we get the following information:

What can I do to solve this problem?

    Hello Galina,

Firstly ensure that if it is online instance then enable the language pack from the settings, if on premise then download the exact language pack needed, It takes about half an hour to enable a language. Once it is installed, try to clear cache and cookies and refresh the browser and change the language from the personal settings. From the error seems like clearing cache will help in resolving the issue.

If the issue is resolved, kindly mark the answer as suggested.

    Regards,

    Rashmitha

    Hello,

Thank you for the suggestion, but that did not help.

It turns out that the error in the event viewer was not connected to the "Something went wrong" error.

Now when we try to change the language "Something went wrong" displays in the web brouser and no error in the event viewer can be found.

    Hello,

The "something went wrong" error is very generic and we will not be able to find out the root cause. Try to check from the F12 debugger tool or even fiddler trace will be helpful. May be you will find the error there. Also try with a another language pack, if that throws any error as well.

    Thanks.

    Regards,

    Rashmitha
