User losing permission settings to create new company / new users etc...

Hi All,

I am having real issues creating new users or new companies within BC, how can I tell if this is either a license issue or something else?

See below screen shots, I am pretty sure I have the correct settings, please let me know if there is something missing or another area I need to check my account. The customer had created my account in Azure and then in BC, so it may be that something is missing but I am not sure.

    Hi,

Remove the Company from Super permission. If you enter the company in Superuser permission set means that he is a superuser only for that specified company.

If you want to create a new company, you need to be super user for everything (not company specific). Remove the company from the SUPER, and you should be able to do that.
