Hi,
One of our clients just migrated from POS2009, and would like to use his POS2009 label with the new system. I couldn't find the label files on the old machine, and I read somewhere, the POS 2009 label are kind of built-in, so not store physically on the machine running the program. If that's correct, then I just have to customize the labels on the new system.
Any advice will be appreciated.

They are stored in the database. The POS 2009 has the label designer and printing built into the software.
You will have to redesign.
