Hi there
We've sent out an email - when looking at the timestamp of when the emails were sent, it comes up with 12 hours earlier.
I've checked the Default Timezone in the Marketing Settings, and that's set correctly.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Rean
Hi Clofly
Without me doing anything, the Timestamp on the Sent Emails are now showing correctly. Must have been a timing/sync issue.
Thanks for your reply.

Hi reanm,
The time that you saw in Insights timestamp is different from your timezone in default marketing settings for customer journey.
Customer journey has a individual/separated time(its start date field) from other time in CRM.
Please check following configurations:
1. Whether timezone in Personal Options is same as timezone in Default Marketing Settings.
2. If you send marketing email by your own domain, check the hosting server timezone.
3. Check your contacts email receiving server timezone.
From my test, I send marketing emails with default onmicrosoft.com domain, I set same timezone to Personal Options and Default Marketing Settings,
then emails have been sent after several seconds when I went live customer journey, timestamps are close to Start date and time.
Regards,
Clofly
