I also need some info regarding this how can i configure Knowledge base article for case entity in UCI 9.0 & search based on particular field value like lookup field & need to add articles on case.
Please let me know if any licks available for this.

Hi,
Where are you creating Knowledge Articles? Knowledge Article or Article entity?
In Dynamics 365, there is a new knowledge management, that incorporates the basic KB Article functionality along with translations and versioning for articles.
So make sure you are creating the records on Knowledge Article available on Services > Knowledge Article inside Interactive Service Hub.
