I require restricting the export access based on Entities.
The users should have access to view all companies and no export access. The export access to be open only for the opportunities and reports. how do i restrict the access based on the entities?

Export to Excel is a global privilege and cannot be removed for a particular entity.
If you still need to restrict particular entities, the way to do this is by customizing the Export to Excel button on each entity (using Ribbon Workbench), and setting the privileges there (either hiding the button, or only showing button to users with a particular privilege).
