Dynamics Portal w/ Azure B2C Login Registration Error

I'm having an issue when on-boarding a new user to the Dynamics Portal with a registration code.

When the user attempts to activate/login for the 1st time it states that the attempt to login has failed multiple times but, after just clicking the sign-in button a few times it works and continues to work as expected after initial sign up. This is not an ideal user experience. 

Ideally, they'd register, fill in the required fields and click 'join'. We are using Azure's B2C and it is hooked and wired properly in both Azure and CRM Site Settings.

Any ideas on how to smooth this out or is this a Microsoft 'feature'?
