Changing a field in a closed opportunity

Hello,

Is there a way to change a particular field in a closed opportunity which is Won.

The opportunity is linked to a specific account named ABC. 

I need to change the parent account field to another account which has the same name ABC but from a different state.

How can I do this?

    Thank you for the reply.

    I can google the steps for creating a workflow and executing it.

    Is there anything else I need to do in the situation mentioned above?

    It would only take a minute to create a workflow to update the field you need. Then you could run it against whatever records are not correct. That way you don't have to re-open the Opportunity.

    What would I need to create a workflow? I need to update only a few opportunities.

    You could use an on-demand workflow to update a Won opportunity.
