Is there a way to create an alert to show a list of purchase orders 30-90 days old (prior or current) that will list open purchase orders (orders not in a status of invoiced or canceled) without doing development?

Which Dynamic 365 product are you using? Sales or financial or other products? As far as I know, there should be no OOB method to achieve it.
Using D365FO. I didn't think there was a way either to achieve this unless done through development. Would we be able to achieve this by creating a workspace tile?
