Business Central Administration Multitenant error

When trying to manage a multitenant installation with te Business Central Administration tool a get the error: "Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: objectToValidate" and the mmc crashes.

I've reinstalled the everything but still the error occurs.

Does anyone know what the problem is and how to solve it?
