Electronic reporting in vendor payment error

Hi,

Grretings! In an environment with no features enabled, when I try to generate vendor payment, the file gets created but I get this error message. I tried to check in AOT, or metadata but the class 'CustVendPaymCreditTransferGERUtils' was not found. I tried to check the MS documentation but that yielded no results. Does anyone here know what might be causing this issue?

Can you check the export format in Payment Methods? This is the first thing that comes to mind.
This method might come from a system where this class exists.

Hi,
Can you elaborate about which ER config do you use for generate payment file (e.g. is it ISO Credit transfer?)
You can try to import the latest version of ER config from Dataverse repository and then run "Rebuild table reference" and then try to generate payment file with a new payment journal.

Hello,

Just a guess, did you import the ER configuration from another F&O environment? Perhaps the version of that environment is not the same as the one where you imported into?

Yes, thank you for your suggestion, it is indeed the issue with the configuration. When I tried to open the design I got an error with the same class name.
