I have observed that in phone to case business process, as we enter the name of the customer or mobile number of a customer, a lot of fields get auto populated like name, address, etc. If customers and invoices have 1 to many to relationships I believe how can we provide a feature using which once the CSR enters any invoice number in identify stage (Find customer field), the associated customer's fields get auto populated. Any suggestions whether business rules or using JavaScript to achieve would be highly appreciated.
