Service Contract permission error when trying to delete a customer

Hi,

We have a client that is running Business Central on Prem.

They are trying to delete a customer that was created by mistake. However, they are getting a permission error on Service Contract Header even if the user trying to delete it has super user

Any idea?

Are they licensed for service management? Premium license only.

No they are not, which is why I don't understand why they are getting that permission error when trying to delete a customer

Have you checked from SQL if service data actually exists? You could try table information from the GUI. Might have to be a SQL clear out if it is there. If not then it’ll be a bug
