Lookup value missing from Views

I'm having an issue with lookup values not displaying in views/subgrids. For example, I have an entity, Requests, which has several lookups to other areas (County Served, Area Served, etc.). I can see the data populated for these fields on the Request form as well as in Advanced Finds, but my saved views do not display those lookup values UNLESS I first open a record and then return to the view (In that case, I see the values only for the record I previously viewed).  In the image below, I've clicked on Request # 002364 to view it and returned to the view. The rest of these records have data in the County Served and Area Served fields, but that data does not show here for some reason.  This is a personal view.

These custom entities exist in my App, and I have full permissions to them.

    Hi,

    Can you check if Primary attribute on related entity has data. When we create custom entity by default new_name field will be created which is a primary attribute of that entity.

    Lookup shows the data from primary field and if it does not contains data only link will be visible in view and data will be missing.

    So check if primary field has data for all entities. If not populate the data in primary field and you should be able to see the data in view.

    Hello,

    My suggestion would be to open a case for further investigation.  It is difficult to say what is actually happening here.

    A Support Engineer would be able to gather additional information which cannot be provided on the Community Forums.
