Can anyone point to some documentation or help understand how the aging categories work and how the values entered in Past Due Date are used to calculate what categeory, e.g. 30-60, 60-90, >90 an invoice falls.

You might want to lookup sl_ap.pdf under your SL installation folder (Application\User Guides) and read up on Aged AP (03.680.00) and Period Sensitive Aged AP (03.681.00). If you dont find this folder; install user guides using SL install.
