I'm using GP 10 and i'm trying to add an extender window to the Sales Transaction Entry screen. The window will have several fields in it including Sales Amount. I want to be able to auto populate the Sales Amount in the extender window by pulling the SLS amount from the Sales Trx Entry screen.
Is there an extender functionality i can use to accomplish this? If so, how?

I am in your boat, where I have to default a value for an Extender Standard edition.
Any luck with your research you would like to share?
Trigger is another option, would prefer any higher level solution.

It is a document extender window not line item. And yes you are correct, i do not have the eXtender Enterprise edition.
I will research your suggestion and figure out how I can copy the Sales Amount and paste it to the extender window using macro.

You can run a macro that does a copy and paste from the sales amount to your extender window. You didn't specify if this was a line item extender window or a document extender window. The procedure varies a bit, but the concept is the same.
I presume you do not have the eXtender Enterprise edition.
