Dear All,

I have configured GP Web Client which I can log in successfully. My client have a public IP that points to the IP of the server where Web Client is configured. This public IP has a port 5080 attached to it. Our configuration for local access has the server name and this port too. Local access i.e. Web Client server IP and its servername Urls are working fine, again the url for public IP accompanied by the port 5080 works fine when its put on servers browsers (Edge and IE) but this does not work when we put this Url on a users machine it goes past domain authentication but it stagnates and doesn't load GP login window. I thought the issue was my self signed certificate but it doesn't work even after certificate importation. We have disable firewalls and antiviruses on both server and client machines .This same certificate is being user during successful public IP Web client access from the server.

Can you check the Dynamics entry on the Web Server's Event Viewer for errors coming from that specific client? Also, can you add the site to the Trusted Internet zone on the client machine in question?
