Statement of account

Hi

I have an issue with the statement of account showing closed entries for a customer.

On the statement, only the Euro operations are showing.

On the enclosed ledger I see some operations in USD.

Even when I filter by currency, I cannot see the USD operation on the statement.

What do you advise?

    Hi, How about finding data directly in Customer Ledger Entries? You can add filters as needed.

    The statement report is like that by design.

    Maybe there is another report that can fulfill your business need ?

    Customer Open entries will show only open entries and not those already applied.
