Map not showing on work order

Hi,

My schedule board is showing the map, but my work order does not shows the map, which is creating a bit problem.

Attaching the screen shot of schedule board and work order. As map is visible in schedule board so I am expecting everything is fine with map settings.

Can anyone help.

    Did you enable maps in Settings>Administration>General>Enable Bing Maps? This is a common setting, not just for FS.

    Yes, that is already done. Actually we are moving from old version to new version so I have checked these settings and they are already in action. My old UI has map on work order but new UI does not able to populate the map subgrid on work order in UI.

    Have you tried the default Work Order form to see if the map displays there? Or the Account form to see if it's a general problem?

    yes, on the old version which is still active, map is working on that completely fine.

    When you say old version, do you mean the classic web UI?

    Sounds as though something may not have installed/uninstalled correctly.  When you upgrade to FS Unified Interface, the old UI / functionality should be removed.
