Unable to add Billing Note to a recalled timesheet

Hi,

We have recently upgraded to Dynamics GP 2015 RTM. 

We are facing an issue that we are not being able to add a billing note to those entries, that were not having billing notes earlier, for the timesheet that has been recalled. Has anyone experience this issue?
