Quote Look up address button missing after Release wave 2

Posted on by 135

Hello,

Probably after the installation of 2020 Release Wave 2 the button -look up address- is missing for quote.

The Ribbon Workbench still shows it though.

How can I fix this?

Regards,

Jan

    Hi Ayaka,

The copy paste trick was the solution. Thanks for your help!

Can you try the following 2 mitigation step?

    Mitigation 1:

Please Navigate to Solutions form from the effected org. Click on Publish All customizations.

if this doesn’t work then the you should opt for the second mitigation.

    Mitigation 2:

    1. please install a RibbonWorkBench to Solutions. Add Quote entity to a new solution. From RWB, open the newly created solution with Quote entity in it.
    2. from Forms section, select Look UP Address button, copy and paste it there itself à Publish.
    3. refresh the Quote form and check if the Look Up Address field is available on it.

I recommend you to raise a support ticket for further investigation if the issue is not resolved.
