I have created logins for our Company users following instructions from customer source user creation video and they have received invitation. Upon clicking on invitation and entering our Office 365 login details users are getting "server error in '/' application". Actually I am also getting same error if i use work email but i could login with personal account as my account was created way before we had office 365.
Can any one guide me on what i have to do to allow our users to log into customer portal? Below is the screen shot:
