I am trying to update the owner of the task based on the Owner of the Incident. This can be either User or Team. I just want to  set the same owner type in the task. However I am getting Owner type in the incident type as blank value even though when check in the history it has value as teams.

Any quick help is very much appreciated

After this I am trying to a task record, and whoever is the owner of the case, same I want to set for the new task as well, however Owner type field is showing as blank always. When I check in the output of above step , it has value.as teams. I kept this field on subject just to test

    Hi Vrushali,

We need to get the Owner type through the "Get a record" step, and use Condition step to distinguish between the user and the team instead of populating the Owner field with the dynamic value of Owner Type.

    Please refer to this flow.

    The flow runs successfully.
