Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Archived)

CRM TO NAV order issue

Hello,

I have several orders created on Dynamics CRM 2011 with one or multiple order products. When these orders are submitted to NAV 2009 R2 through Dynamics connector, only the order header exists on NAV and no order products had been migrated. Moreover, the initial order on CRM is being updated, by the connector, to have amount of zero and the order products are set to Null values.

I made sure that the order products have posting group defined on NAV.

Anything else should I check?

    Can I know which tools you are using. There are many tools like Informatica, DBSync etc.
