Has anybody implemented the standard integration capability between HR and Finance where the legal entity structure is different?
For example HR may only have one Legal entity but FSCM has multiple Legal entities? The requirement is that HR legal entity structure needs to be as simple as possible otherwise there will be too many to manage easily.
I was thinking that Power automate or logic apps could be used to create the employment records in FSCM by using a mapping from a custom field in HR e.g. the employment record in HR has a custom field that lists all the FSCM legal entities, then HR user can pick the appropriate one. The power automate.logic app can then create the employment record in the required legal entity in FSCM
