Booking Resources (Route Considerations)

When scheduling a resource in Field Service it also plots a route on the map for you to take. Is there any way this route can take into consideration vehicle details (i.e. if its a truck height and weight) to ensure the route given avoids low bridges etc.

RSO is more based on getting the correct Resource to the job rather than routing, I have 2 implementations where they have used FLS (www.fastleansmart.com/en) for scheduling reactive work based on getting to the job quickest

I know that Field Services doesn't do this out of the box.

You would probably have a better time using another tool to do this like this - www.freightjourneyplanner.co.uk
