Hi

I want to know if it is possible to set the UsageCategory on a page, based on some permissionSet that are assigned to the user?

Example:

If User1 has PermissionSet (Perm1), then he should be able to find the page on search results, else it must be hided.

    Nope,

Not in any ways that I can think of. The property is pretty static. What I would suggest instead, is to make use of Role Tailoring, and make Role Centers for the different roles and assign users to different UI in that way, maybe that could work?
