Whenever I select Setup--> System it results in a blank panel with no options visible. The first time this is selected the options are visible, then after selecting the System Preferences and making a change to the emailing settings and exiting, the next time I attempt to view the settings the panel is blank.
It is only when I log out that I am able to view them and then the next time I repeat the steps the same thing happens.
Has anyone encountered this and is there a simple solution?

Thanks for responding.
I am logged in as sa. I was about to respond to say that it has been working fine since this morning as I was able to access the options several times without problem. However, it just started to happen again.
I am working on setting up my emailing of receivables statements and have been changing the my email option from exchange to MAPI and back, and it seems to occur after I have made a change to exchange.
So right now it has stopped displaying the options again.

What user are you using? Does your user have access to the items on that menu.
What happens if you login as 'sa' which is normally a POWERUSER (which bypasses security and has access to everything)?
